At Velvet Elan, we offer a 30-day money back guarantee on all women’s dresses. This means you have 30 days after receiving your dress to request a return.

Eligibility for returns


To be eligible for a return, your dress must be:

In the same condition as when you received it
Unworn or unused
With tags attached
In its original packaging
Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

How to start a return

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your dress back to us.

Please note: Dresses sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged or incorrect items


Please inspect your dress upon arrival. If it is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

Non-returnable items


Certain dresses cannot be returned, including:

Custom or personalised dresses
Sale dresses and gift cards

If you are unsure whether your dress qualifies for a return, please contact us before sending it back.

Exchanges


The fastest way to receive a different dress or size is to return your original item and place a new order once your return has been approved.

Refunds


Once we receive and inspect your returned dress, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Refund amount

Please note that our 30-day money back guarantee covers 60% of your original purchase price. Your bank or card provider may also take additional time to process the refund.
